Membentuk Pemimpin Gereja Masa Depan: Mengadopsi Kebijaksanaan Salomon dalam Pembinaan Imam Vinsensian
Abstract
This research answers an important question: How can we form future church leaders who are able to face the challenges of the times? By integrating the wisdom of Solomon in the Vincentian model of priestly formation, this study offers an innovative answer. Through the research method of biblical literature review and based on a literature review of Vincentian spirituality, this study shows that the priests who participated in this formation program experienced a significant transformation in this day and age that is increasingly experiencing many developments and changes in various fields. The findings indicate that the wisdom of Salomon can be a compass that guides priests in carrying out their ministry duties with integrity and love. By collaborating with the Vincentian spirit and spirituality. With the aim of entering into the service of the Church, a priestly candidate, although forged with various media that make him develop. Especially the development in the spirit and spirituality of his life and self. So by integrating the meaning of wisdom and Vincentian virtues, a prospective Church leader is brought to the character of a leader who has faith, brotherhood and compassion.
